Building Types & Sizes

By December 31, 2014:

Municipal buildings 10,000 SF or greater



By May 1, 2015:

Parcels with non-residential buildings singly or together contain 50,000 SF or greater
Parcels with residential buildings singly or together contain 50 or more units
Municipal buildings 10,000 SF or greater



By May 1, 2016 and thereafter:

Parcels with non-residential buildings singly or together contain 25,000 SF or greater
Parcels with residential buildings singly or together contain 50 or more units,br /> Municipal buildings 10,000 SF or greater

Penalties

For the first violation, a written warning may be issued; and
For any subsequent violation, the Department may issue a fine of up to $300.00 per day.
