Building Types & Sizes
Non-residential buildings greater than or equal to 50,000 square feet
Two or more buildings on the same parcel and greater than or equal to 100,000 square feet
Residential buildings with 50 or more units or equal to or greater than 50,000 square feet
Non-residential buildings greater than or equal to 35,000 square feet
Residential buildings with 35 or more units or equal to or greater than 35,000 square feet
Non-residential buildings, greater than or equal to 50,000 square feet = $200.00/violation
Non-residential buildings, 35,000 to 49,999 square feet = $75.00/violation
Residential buildings with 50 more units and/or greater than 50,000 square feet = $200.00/violation
Residential buildings with 35 to 49 units and/or greater than 35,000 square feet = $75.00/violation
Each day of noncompliance counts as a separate violation, up to a maximum $3,000 fine/calendar year.
May request an exemption for good cause. Exemptions will be allowed up to 60 days from reporting deadline.
